Refund Policy

Summary
OneVisualism operates a no-refund policy. Pack credits never expire; subscription credits roll over for one month. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
1. No Refunds
All payments to OneVisualism are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees and any credits purchased.
2. Credit Expiry
Pack credits remain in your account and available for use as long as your account is active. Unused subscription credits roll over for one additional month before expiring.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Stops future charges
- Does not entitle you to a refund of the current period
- Leaves your remaining credits available for use
4. Why No Refunds
AI generation incurs immediate, irreversible compute costs paid to upstream providers. We are unable to recover these costs after generation, so we cannot offer refunds.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of:
- Verified technical error on our side that prevented you from receiving content you paid for
- Duplicate charges
- Fraudulent transactions
Such exceptions are discretionary, not entitlements.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Please email admin@onevisualism.com first — we resolve almost all disputes within 48 hours.
