1. About Us
OneVisualism is operated by ONEVISUALISM, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore (UEN: 53523573M). Contact: admin@onevisualism.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OneVisualism, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. The Service
OneVisualism is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content including scripts, posters, and videos. We provide the platform; you supply the prompts and own the outputs subject to the limitations below.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@onevisualism.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Credits and Subscriptions
OneVisualism operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate content.
- Credits from credit packs never expire while your account is active. Unused subscription credits roll over for one additional month, after which they expire.
- Credits are non-refundable once allocated to your account
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel
- You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods
- Unused credits remain available until consumed or your account is closed
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use OneVisualism to generate:
- Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
- Content depicting real identifiable persons without their consent
- Content used for fraud, scams, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful purposes
- Content that violates any applicable law in Singapore or your jurisdiction
- Misleading, defamatory, or hateful material
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.
8. Your Content and Outputs
You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, and source materials you provide ("Inputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of subscription fees, you own the AI-generated outputs ("Outputs") and may use them commercially. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Outputs complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
You grant us a limited licence to process your Inputs solely to provide the service.
9. AI Disclosures
Outputs are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before use. We make no warranty that Outputs will be accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from infringement. Always verify factual claims independently.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. Upon termination, your access ends but these Terms survive as to past use.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
